Why all the “nice people can succeed in business” talk?
It stems from the venomous & unethical marketing tactics I see being promoted & sold online.
When you truly show up with the best of intentions.
To truly lead and help others.
You often feel out of place in the world of growing your business.
❌ The tactics & strategies feel misaligned
❌ You don’t agree with the “kill or be killed” biz mindset
❌ To sacrifice your family, health & sanity all for the sake of the almighty entrepreneur success story.
Heck, no wonder so many of the best people on our planet question if they can lead a business?
Also…
I personally was told I couldn’t do this business thing.
“Alex, you are not a natural entrepreneur!”
I was told this when I was at my lowest point.
Living off of PBJ sandwiches.
Yup, he knew exactly what I needed lol.
But he was right about something…
That while I wasn’t a “natural entrepreneur”…
I’m a f*cking great leader.
That’s what lights my heart, passion, and drive.
To become people-missioned focused.
When I went in figuring out how to operate as a leader rather than operate as an entrepreneur, or business owner…
That’s when I saw my business success come.
But more importantly…
That’s when I saw the life I desire also come to fruition.
All this to say.
That we must first and foremost start by accepting who we were born to be.
And for some of you…
You Were Born to Lead.
